Dr. Sam McGough owns Discovery Medical Center, founded Aestus Mastermind, co-founded United Wound Care Management, and co-owns Texas Mobile Woundcare and American Mobile Wound Care. He's scaled multiple businesses to revenue of 7 figures per year, and this year, his portfolio will generate over 8 figures in revenue. He also specializes in acquisitions of various medical business. Sam is married with 4 kids and enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, and the outdoors.

Dr. Jana Hull is the founder of Restoration Healthcare and Restoration Woundcare in Coeur d'Alene, ID. She brings a 15 year career and passion for health and business to the mastermind. She’s been serving on the board of Aestus Mastermind since 2022 and has been instrumental in planning and executing many events at home and abroad. She’s so thrilled to have her 4 beautiful children seeing her build a legacy of entrepreneurship and community with other integrative clinic owners.

Dr. Jonathan Saigh lives in Southeast Wisconsin where he leads multiple organizations within the healthcare and real estate arenas. He is a medical professional specializing in multi-disciplinary practices with an emphasis on changing the patient experience. As a past CEO of the largest pain management group in the state, Jonathan has established himself as a leader within the industry, able to navigate the ever-changing landscape that is modern medicine. Jonathan has a passion for standing out in competitive markets, driven by his athletic past at the University of Michigan where he played football. Jonathan is an avid pilot and shares the passion for flying with his wife and 3 children. While not flying, Jonathan spends his time with family, at the cottage, on the ski slopes, or underwriting the next business opportunity. He has been with Aestus Mastermind since the beginning and strives to improve all of the members and their clinics.
